We must become involved with our love and sacrifice to protect human life. Why become involved? Because all the material wealth in the world doesn’t come close to the immeasurable value of a child. What will help protect vulnerable children and their families from abortions? The short answer is that we need to heal the culture. Healing the culture is about changing people’s hearts and minds. The change begins when someone understands that her or his own life has dignity, at which point it is easier for her or him to respect the dignity of others and reap the happiness that occurs by serving others.
